What To Expect
Embark on a 5-hour rafting adventure on the Chena River and experience the beauty of Alaska’s wilderness. Enjoy convenient hotel pickup and drop-off in Fairbanks before heading to the river to begin your journey.
Float quietly through the Alaskan wilderness while taking in scenic views and watching for local wildlife. Keep an eye out for moose, bears, wolves, foxes, beavers, and bald eagles along the riverbanks.
Spend approximately 2–3 hours on the river, depending on water levels and flow conditions. Along the way, stop for a short break to take photos of the beautiful scenery and enjoy light snacks and refreshments before returning to your hotel.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
