Excellent bit of local history and craft science throughout experience.
Excellent experience that blended a brand of interpersonal comedy, local history, and the science of crafting alcohol, all while sampling different types of in-house vodka, gin, and whiskey. This was capstoned by crafting your own bottle of alcohol with flavor infusions at their upstairs craft room. The tour took place in an old fire station and held the Firehouse theme throughout, and was truly tied in through the personal experience of the tour guide in his time as a firefighter/fire chief.

I traveled with my two teenage sons. The adventure sampler was amazing, and our tour guide Shasta had SO much knowledge about both the tour and Alaska, Alaskan history, landmarks, nature, and so much more. The views were breathtaking, and we got amazing pictures. Shasta was so patient during both the kayak trip and the hike. I highly recommend her to anyone, as she answered my endless questions with enthusiasm for the entire tour. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Will was charming and professional with expert local knowledge. We both learned much about Hatcher Pass and Palmer from his personal expertise of the area as this is his home! It was a wonderful experience that proved to be distinct from all of the other areas we visited in Alaska. We are glad we went on this as we both enjoyed what we saw and learned a lot about the area surrounding Palmer from a local who represents his home very well. The Haunted Pub Crawl was such a fun way to spend time in Sitka! Emily was a wonderful guide and the local lore she was able to share was both spooky and informative. She clearly cares about sharing a unique side of Sitka with those of us passing through for a few hours. My wife and I had plenty of time while our ship was docked to walk from the shuttle drop off to the totem trail, back into town for some lunch, and meet up for the tour.
