Overview
We provide small group transportation. We will take you to the service center and guide you to the Ice Museum and Hot Spring area. We will not leave you there alone. We will help you to watch out your belongings if you needed while you are visiting Ice Museum.
We are not only provide transportation, we also provide great tour guide service.

We will send out the pick up time the day before your tour. The pick up starts at 9:30 am to 10:00 am. We only pick up clients from Fairbanks hotels within city limits. Please reach out to us and let us know your location. If you stay at Airbnb or other locations, we will meet you at Walmart. Please reach out to our office for more detailed information. Please note, the minimum travelers for this tour is 2, so If we only have 1 booking, we need to ask you to switch to a different date or we must cancel your booking. Thanks for your understanding.

What To Expect
1. We will pick you up at your hotel or meet you at the meeting point.
2. Chena Hot Spring Resort is about 60 miles from Fairbanks, it takes about 1 hr and 20 minutes one way. We must leave at 10:00 am.
3. Once we arrived, our tour guide will take you to the Hot Spring area and sign the waiver and enjoy the hot spring. The hot spring pass is included.
4. If you like to participate the Aurora Ice Museum Tour, you can purchase the ticket at the service desk for 3pm tour. The ticket is not included and highly recommend to purchase the ticket online through Chena Hot Spring official website ahead of time in holiday season. Aurora Ice Museum is the world’s largest year-round ice environment. It was created from over 1,000 tons of ice and snow. It was completed in January 2005 and stays a cool 25° Fahrenheit (-7° Celsius) inside. The tour is about 45 minites and you can enjoy an Appletini that is served in an ice glass.
5. After the tour, please meet the tour guide at the service center/in the car between 3:45pm to 4pm and head back to Fairbanks. Please don't be late.
6. We will drop you off at the hotel or the meeting points around 5pm.
