What To Expect
Boots-to-ground excitement. Walk on one of the largest glacier near Anchorage. Be guided safely by trained experts. Walk, touch and enjoy the exhilarating hike using professional safety gear. You'll be outfitted with proper spiked footwear, helmet, a safety orientation so you feel comfortable walking and navigating on this wonderous blue ice. We depart early morning from Anchorage and drive northbound.
Driving a scenic mountainous area of the Matanuska Valley. Wildlife viewing is high as we enter those deep wilderness areas of Anchorage.
