Please note: you WILL be leaving the United States and entering Canada, so a valid passport is required for most travelers. Foreign travelers need to ensure they are able to leave the US, enter Canada, and re-enter the US. At this time, no COVID-19 testing or vaccination is required.

Meeting and Pickup
Checkin is 15 minutes prior to departure. ***PASSPORTS REQUIRED*** for all tours (visas also required for guests from a country that requires a Canadian or USA visa). Exception: A Photo ID and Birth Certificate may ONLY be used by a U.S. or Canadian citizen in the place of a passport. COPIES of passports are NOT permitted. Unfortunately, those without proper documentation will not be allowed on the tour and are not eligible for a refund. (ATTENTION: your cruise line representative may say that passports are not needed in Skagway. This is incorrect. Your tour travels to Canada and back crossing the border twice.)MEETING LOCATIONS In the Port of Skagway, your ship will arrive at one of the following three docks: the Ore Dock (98 Terminal Way), the Broadway Dock (45 Broadway), or the Railroad Dock (205 Congress Way). Exit your ship and walk to the bus loading area nearby. There is a meeting place at each dock. A Skagway Tours representative holding a RED "Skagway Tours" sign will be waiting for you.
