Ketchikan Mountain Lake Trek to Alpine Overlook
Overview
This extended tour is one of the only guided mountain hikes in Ketchikan. And though we are not permitted to go the very top of the mountain, we do gain about 1100 feet in elevation to a high point of 1600 feet at the end of the improved trail, which pops out into the alpine with 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains and the lake and Tongass Narrows below. This tour is only allowed once a day.

RIGHT NEXT TO SOCKEYE SAM'S @ 425 Water St, Ketchikan, AK 99901.WARD COVE GUESTS: Customers docked here will need to take a shuttle downtown to meet at the Berth 3 shelter. Pick-up may be requested depending on availability. Please contact Teague to see about the possibility of arranging a pick-up and/or drop-off.Non-cruise passengers: Please call Teague to arrange a pick-up location.Refer to the map on your ticket voucher to find Berth 3 from your ship's dock. The time listed on your ticket is the time of the tour's departure. Please be punctually mindful and arrive on time.Note: Face masks may be required and will be provided if needed. If masks are required and guests choose not to wear them, they will not be allowed on the tour and no refund will be granted.
