Ketchikan Cruise Ship Dock (Downtown) - This is for all other cruise line guests and other travelers staying in hotels. You will meet a Rep inside the Visitors Center at Booth 6.The Mill at Ward Cove Cruise Terminal - This is for cruise line guests traveling primarily on Norwegian, Regent, and Oceania cruise lines. Please walk to the end of the terminal building and look for a Rep holding a sign.
