Overview
Our public tour on our brand new 49 passenger vessel! Meet our Guest Rep at your cruise ship dock and board our courtesy shuttle. Enjoy a scenic ride to the Auke Bay boat harbor and return (about 25 minutes each way). A complimentary stop at the Brotherhood Bridge for a view of the Mendenhall Glacier is available before or after each tour depending on that day's schedule and weather. Enjoy the difference of a personalized tour! This 4 hour and 5 minute tour includes approximately 1 hour of round trip transfer time, 2.75 hours of whale watching/sightseeing cruise, walking on the dock to the boat, and bathroom breaks.

Please provide us with the details by inputting the name of the Cruise ship you will be arriving on or your preferred pick up/meeting (see details options below). We need to know specifically where to pick you up from. There are multiple ships in port each day, please let us know which specific cruise ship you are arriving on, or we will not know which one to pick you up from. This is crucial information for the day of your tour.o The local representative for your tour will be wearing bright orange and carrying an orange flag o Meet on the main boardwalk/sidewalk in front of your ship o Look for a blue “Harv and Marv's” sign OR and orange “Alaska Galore Tours” sign. o DO NOT GO TO THE TRAM - stay at your shipMeeting time is 15 minutes BEFORE your tour departure time. If you cannot locate your representative - stay put and call our DISPATCH/TRANSPORT Staff.**Alternate pick up locations:**We will no longer pick up at hotels, B&B, or other accommodations or locations. If you are staying in the downtown area, you have the option to meet at a cruise ship dock or in front of the Alaska State Museum(395 Whittier St, Juneau, AK 99801).Meeting Instructions for Alaska Steamship Dock (AS) - Located across the street (towards the water) from the Red Dog Saloon. Meet at the top of the steps at the brick plaza between the canopy and the cruise ship (if no ship is present, wait at the top of the steps)Meeting Instructions for Cruise Ship Terminal or "Tram" (CT) - Meet on the waterside of the big red tram building in front of the the cruise shipIf you are staying in **Lemon Creek, "Out the Road", or in the Mendenhall Valley** area, you must meet at Statter Harbor(11497 Auke Bay Harbor Rd, Juneau, AK 99801); see self transport instructions.**Self Transports to Statter Harbor:****meeting time will be 20 minutes after confirmed tour time** - Please note this is different from the time on your reservation confirmation which indicates pick up from downtown - you do not have to meet us until 10 minutes before your water time.Please meet the Captain/Crew at the top of the gangway in front of the gray building (where the large whale tail/restrooms are) under the covered area at Statter (Auke Bay) Harbor. 11497 Auke Bay Harbor Rd, Juneau, AK 99801. If you cannot locate your Captain/Crew - stay put and call our DISPATCH/TRANSPORT Staff. If you are unable to reach someone on that number, you can call reservations directly. PLEASE NOTE: Statter Harbor requires a parking pass! Please allow time to park and purchase a parking pass from the Kiosk.Please be sure to bring these instructions with you on the day of your tour!

What To Expect
This tour operates on Harv & Marvs biggest vessel (49 passengers). A complimentary stop at the Brotherhood Bridge for a view of the Mendenhall Glacier is available before or after each tour depending on that day's schedule. *Weather dependent - 4 hours and 5 minutes INCLUDES round trip transfer time from the cruise ship docks.

- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- At time of booking, passengers must provide the following information: ship name, cell phone number, if anyone in the party has mobility restrictions or devices, total number of guests including infants
- Customers MUST reach out to Harv & Marvs directly to provide required information above. We are not liable for missed tours due to a lack of provided information. This information is crucial to our ability to provide this tour.
- Operates in all safe weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative time or date or full refund
- We are NOT wheelchair accessible. Our buses and smaller boats do not have ramps to get on board. In addition, our space is very limited. This tour is not recommended for those needing assistance to enter/exit our vessels.
- Collapsible strollers and wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark, must be noted at time of booking
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 49 travelers

As an active member of the Dolphin SMART program, we do not have physical contact with the dolphins on Juneau's Premier Whale Watching! - More time on the water!. We watch them in their natural habitat from the boat.
Dec 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the tour local time (AKDT).
- This tour requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
